High Plains Processing (HPP) is scheduled to begin operations in Fall 2025. The facility will initially focus on processing soybeans, producing soybean products. As operations evolve, HPP plans to expand into the crushing of additional high-oilseed crops—including sunflowers, canola, and camelina. Products derived from these oilseeds will be offered as available.
